The Reformer Studio is coming soon to Freshwater High Street, bringing boutique-style Reformer Pilates to the west side of the Isle of Wight.

 

Designed as a small, welcoming space with just five Reformer beds, the studio offers a more personal and premium experience - a little touch of luxury while you work out.

 

Equipped with state-of-the-art STOTT Reformers, sessions will include both small group classes and one-to-one training, allowing everyone to experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates in a supportive and expertly guided environment.

 

Founded by Emma, who owns and runs Isle of Wight Pilates and IOW Pilates Teacher Training, the studio is built on a deep passion for movement

and a mission to make high-quality Reformer Pilates

accessible to everyone across the island.
